Fredrik Stenmo

Fredrik is the Chairman of the Oresa Advisory Board. Fredrik is also an Executive Director of the Board of Celox the shareholder of Oresa. Prior to joining Celox in 2005 Fredrik was Partner at FSN Capital a Nordic buy-out fund. His earlier career include SEB and Bank Boston Capital. He sits on the board of Celox and Medicover Group.

Jonas Af Jochnick

Jonas is the co-founder of Oriflame the Swedish direct selling cosmetics company. After entering the CEE region with Oriflame in 1990 Jonas established Oresa Ventures in 1995. Jonas is the Executive Chairman of Celox and Medicover Group and also sits on the Board of Oriflame.

Christian Salamon

Christian has previously been a Partner in Industri Kapital as well as worked at McKinsey Co. He is now Chairman of the Board of OSM Holding AB and NCAB Holding AB as well as board member of Oriflame Holding AG of Lamiflex Group AB and of the Sweden America Foundation. Christian is also advisory board member of Sustainable Technologies Fund and Investment Committee member of Fagerberg Dellby and eEquity.

Mattias Karlkjell

Mattias is the CEO and CIO of AltoCumulus. AltoCumulus is the family office of the Axel Johnson Group. Prior to joining the Axel Johnson Group Mattias has been a partner and head of equity research at ABG Sundal Collier and worked as an equity analyst with Deutsche Bank in London and Stockholm.

Erik Hallgren

Erik has been the CEO or a director of Oresa for more than 14 years. During this period Erik has led or co-led more than 15 investments among which Brewery Holdings Fabryo Librus Trinity or Intersouce. Starting 2015 Erik is the founding partner of Equitin a company which focuses on private equity investments in high-growth SMEs in Poland. Erik holds an MSC in International Economics from Copenhagen Business School and an MBA with Honors from Solvay Business School.

Martin Wiwen-Nilsson

Martin is a founding partner of Brunswick Real Estate BRE a group with real estate activities and assets in the Nordic countries. Prior to joining BRE in 2015 Martin spent 21 years at Goldman Sachs where he served as a Partner from 2008. During his time at Goldman Sachs he held various roles including Head of Growth Markets for EMEA in the investment banking division Head of Global Sovereign Wealth Fund activities Head of EMEA and Asia Pacific Commodity Sales and Structuring.
