RBC is a specialist IT solutions provider focusing on the retail vertical, and branching into food and logistics. We have acquired 49% of the group’s shares in 2014, becoming partner with Andrei Bojita, the group’s CEO.

RBC works with both reputable technology and software vendors such as Deibold Nixdorf, Bizerba, Motorola, Symphony EYC or VIF and with own software and services. The group is proud to have as clients some of the most important European retail chains present in Romania – Carrefour, Kaufland, Delhaize, Lidl, Metro, Rewe, Ikea, Leroy Merlin – plus hundreds of other local or international players. In total, the RBC group touches more than 4,500 key retail points in the country; the company provides solutions for check-out, payments and cash management, for enterprise management, customer loyalty, store and warehouse optimization, or big data related solutions.

RBC also works with some of the most notable food producers in Romania such as Scandia, Cris-Tim, Transavia or Agricola Bacau.

Oresa has a long track record in developing successful companies alongside Romanian entrepreneurs. Together with Oresa, we want to take RBC into the next stage of growth. We plan to accelerate the Group’s development by adding new services in our current market segments and increasing the focus on retail, thus strengthening our traditionally known vertical of activities. On the other hand, by further developing we will consider entering new segments, tangent to our interests.
